• Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor withholding tax deductions on customer payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and tax authorities.
• Prepare monthly sales tax closing reports, accurately calculating and summarizing taxable sales, tax reconciliations, in accordance with prescribed formats and deadlines.
• Process employee expense claims, verifying receipts, manage advances, timely payment processing and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Prepare supporting documentation for financial audits.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.

• ACCA part-qualified or equivalent accounting qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficient in financial accounting principles and practices
• Strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a preference for accounting software experience
