Cyber Security Solution Manager

• Own and deliver end-to-end implementation of cyber security solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead hands-on deployment and configuration of DLP and data security solutions, including policy design and tuning.
• Act as the technical solution owner during presales support, POCs, and customer demonstrations when required.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, technical workshops, and solution design discussions with clients.
• Design solution architectures aligned with customer environments and security objectives.
• Perform system integrations, data classification, policy creation, and workflow configuration.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and drive resolution in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure implementations follow security best practices, vendor guidelines, and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and handover artifacts.
• Maintain strong client-facing communication throughout the project lifecycle and ensure delivery commitments are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of overall experience in cyber security, with significant exposure to solution implementation and delivery roles.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience deploying and implementing enterprise cyber security technologies.
• Proven implementation experience with at least one major security domain such as DLP, Data Security, Endpoint Security, PAM, or Application Security.
• Strong preference for candidates with hands-on Forcepoint DLP or equivalent enterprise-grade DLP platforms.
• Solid understanding of data protection principles, classification strategies, incident workflows, and security controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, technically sound security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.

We are looking for a technically strong and delivery-focused Cyber Security Solution Manager to join our Solutions and Professional Services team. This role is designed for someone who leads from the front and remains deeply involved in hands-on implementation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, deploying, and delivering cyber security solutions, with strong exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Classification, Data Security and Governance platforms, RASP, and automated security testing solutions. You will work closely with customers, lead technical discussions, drive POCs, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation of security technologies.

This is not a support or operations role. It is a solution delivery role requiring direct technical ownership, client engagement, and accountability for outcomes.
