Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple compliance testing, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely corrective actions.
Lead cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback.
Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
Track project progress using project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Compliance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Jira).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
