
Islamabad – 25 May, 2026: Askari Bank has successfully achieved PCI DSS v4.0.1 certification, demonstrating its dedication to protecting cardholder data and upholding rigorous international cybersecurity standards across its digital operations.
Following an independent evaluation by Risk Associates, a globally recognised PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Askari Bank’s cardholder data environment and payment infrastructure were found fully compliant with the latest PCI DSS requirements
The PCI DSS Certificate of Compliance was formally presented by Dr Aftab Rizvi (CEO of Risk Associates) along with Dr Muhammad Zahid (COO of Risk Associates), Mr. Navaid Naqvi (Executive Director of Risk Associates), to the senior leadership of Askari Bank.
