Key Responsibilities

  • Support in identifying and resolving compliance issues across departments.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of comprehensive compliance training for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify compliance vulnerabilities and work on corrective action plans.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management software.
